Blush Lacquer’s Sherlock Collection Part 3

Next up from the Sherlock Collection I have a polish based on one of my favorite episodes…when I first saw this color in the bottle I have to say I was a bit skeptical but I decided to keep an open mind and I was pleasantly surprised!

I present to you the Blind Banker…

Watson – “What did they steal?”

Sebastian – “Nothing. Just left a little message.”

(The Blind Banker, Sherlock, BBC)

Okay so I don’t know how many of you actually watch Sherlock but this color is SPOT ON! This color exactly matches the “message” left at the bank and then the other series of “messages” left for Sherlock…if you don’t know what I’m talking about go watch the series! Which you should do anyway lol

Under my lightbox…

The application was smooth like butter just like the other polishes in this collection. Pictured is two coats and top coat…all of these creams required two coats to reach opacity but they also weren’t super thick like some other creams I’ve used. I would much prefer to deal with a  second coat than a super thick one coater.

Here’s the stamping I did…

I stamped The Blind Banker over Mycroft…I also completely forgot to keep track of what stamping plates I used…so if anyone is wondering leave me a comment and I’ll try and find it again lol The Blind Banker stamped amazingly just like the other polishes in this collection. I believe these will stamp best over a light color…you can kind of see this polish over a dark polish but not as well as if it was over a light color.

Here’s the water marble I did with The Blind Banker…

I used The Blind Banker by Blush Lacquer’s and Clearwater by Pipe Dream Polish over Mycroft also by Blush Lacquer’s. As with all the other colors this one was super easy to water marble with!

I then matted everything…
